About the Campground
Our campers will find nutritious, healthy, fresh, child friendly food and plenty of it! A wide choice of options ensures that even the pickiest of eaters will find something they like. Meals are prepared by our dedicated team of cooks and kitchen staff and served in our air conditioned lodge. Fresh fruit and water or Gatorade are available to campers every day. All of the outdoor activity and exercise ensures a good appetite! As well as a canteen will be available once a day during their free time hour.
At Camp Out Florida, we believe that camp should provide opportunities for kids to try activities and challenges that they would not experience at home or school. Whether it's our zipline, water sports, or group activities, we want to ensure that each one of these activities is as safe as possible. We inspect and certify all of our ropes courses, zipline, and equipment to be sure that they are in proper working order and certifies our staff who work the challenge course and zipline.
All staff and camp counselors are background checked and we work to make sure that our ratio of campers to counsellors is perfectly matched to the number of registered campers.
All of our campers are required to wear life jackets when canoeing. Our lifeguards are Red Cross certified in first aid, CPR, and AED training.
